Pistachio Pound Cake

Pound cake with pistachio paste kneaded into it.

Material(1 pound cake)

  • Cake flour / 100g
  • Baking powder / 3g
  • Confectionery margarine / 100g
  • Granulated sugar / 80g
  • Salt / 0.5g
  • whole egg / 100g
  • Pistachio Paste T / 18g
  • Fragrance / 0.18g

Recipe

1. Sift together flour and baking powder.
2. Mix the softened confectioners' margarine at room temperature with a whipper until it turns white.
3. Add granulated sugar and salt to [2] and mix.
4. Add a small amount of the beaten whole egg at room temperature to [3] and mix to prevent separation.
5. Add [1] and mix until smooth.
6. Add the pistachio paste T and flavoring to one half of the mixture.
7. Pour the two colors of dough into the pound cake molds and shape into a marble.
8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 50 minutes.
