Milk custard cream
This custard cream has a milky feel with the addition of condensed milk.

Material
- Milk / 60% of the time
- Egg yolk / 12%.
- Granulated sugar / 12%.
- Corn starch / 6%
- Condensed milk / 10% (%)
Recipe
1. Mix egg yolks and granulated sugar
Add cornstarch with a sieve to [1] and mix until smooth. 3.
3. Heat milk in a saucepan to 80℃, add condensed milk and mix well. 4.
4.Gradually add (3) to (2), stirring and straining the mixture back into the pot.
5. Heat while stirring with a spatula. 6.
When the mixture becomes glossy, remove from heat and transfer to a pail to cool.
