Flower Quiche with Almond Milk
This quiche is easy to make using French bread and salad chicken.
It can be arranged with seasonal vegetables.

- Whole egg / 100g
- Salad chicken / 50g
- Spinach / 20g
- Onion / 50g
- Bell bell pepper / 20g
- Olive oil / 10g
- Rich Almond Milk (made with fresh almonds) / 100g
- Shredded cheese / 30g
- Table salt / 1.5g
- Pepper / 0.03g
- French bread / 100g
Recipe
1. Peel onion and cut into 5mm strips. Cut spinach into 3 cm lengths and bell peppers into similar size.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and saute onion and spinach.
3. In a bowl, mix together the whole eggs, almond milk, salt and pepper.
4. Cut the French bread into 8mm thick slices and arrange them like petals in a skillet with a little extra butter.
5. Place 2 in the center of the skillet, pour in 3 and top with shredded cheese.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 20 minutes.
