  •  Coffee concentrate (unsweetened) / 350g
  •  gelatine / 5g

soft serve ice cream shake

  • Soft Mix White Rose / 60g
  • hot water / 150ml
  • ice / 50g

topping

  • whipped cream / 25g
  • caramel milk / 2g

Recipe

1. [Prepare coffee jelly] Mix coffee concentrate (unsweetened) with gelatin dissolved in warm water, and refrigerate to harden.
2. [Prepare soft serve ice cream shake] Dissolve Soft Mix White Rose in hot water and chill in the refrigerator.
3.Put 60 g of the coffee jelly prepared in [1] and ice in a cup, and pour in the soft serve ice cream shake prepared in [2].
4.Top with whipped cream and caramelized milk.
