Chinese porridge with Almondmilk

This Chinese porridge can be made quickly without using a knife. The use of almond milk gives it a soft tasting.

Material

  • Rice / 200g
  • Additive and Sugar-Free Rich Almond Milk / 2 packs
  • Canned scallops, loosely packed / 1 can
  • Water / 150cc
  • Salt (i.e. sodium chloride) / 1/2 teaspoon
  • Szechuan pickles(zha cai) / proper quantity
  • Raayu(Chinese red chili oil) / proper quantity
  • Coarsely ground pepper / small quantity

Recipe

1. Add almondmilk, canned scallops, and water to a saucepan and heat.
2. Add rice and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Add salt to taste and serve.
4. Top with Chinese pickles, raayu (Chinese red chili oil), and coarsely ground pepper to taste.
