Cassata is an iced dessert of Italian origin. A generous amount of condensed milk is added. The richness of the milk and the flavor of dried fruits soaked in rum go well together. Yogurt paste can be added to the cream for quick whipping. All cream cheese and cottage cheese can be changed to ricotta cheese.

Material(18cm pound mold)

  • Cream cheese / 100g
  • Cottage cheese / 100g
  • Seetened Condensed milk / 80g
  • Fresh cream / 190g
  • Yogurt paste / 10g
  • 6 Kinds of Rummy Fruits (Shoei Foods) / 100g
  • Roasted whole almonds / 15g
  • Chocolate (bitter) / 15 g

Recipe

1. mix cream cheese, cottage cheese and yogurt until smooth
2. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix.
3. Mix the cream with the yogurt paste to an eight-part mixture and add to [2].
4. Add the 6 ramie fruits, orange peel, coarsely chopped roasted whole almonds and chocolate.
5. Pour the mixture into a paper-lined pound cake mold and place in the freezer to harden.
6. Remove from molds and slice.
