Cappuccino-styled potage of pumpking and Almond Milk
Almond milk is used instead of cow milk and dairy cream to make this potage low in calories.

- Pumpkin / 400g

- Granulated sugar / 20g

1. After removing seeds and pith, peel and slice the pumpkin.
2. Slice onions and poireau.
3. Heat the olive oil in a pan and put #2. Continue frying on medium heat until tender. Add pumpkin to saute lightly, and then pour bouillon soup and cook for a while.
4. When the pumpkin gets tender, mix it with almond milk in the blender, and season with salt and pepper.
〈Foamy almond milk〉
1. Put almond milk and granulated sugar in a pan to warm, and add gelatin.
2. Whip it with a hand-mixer.
