AlmondMilk Salted Ramen (Instant)

Nutritional value is increased by adding almondmilk to the usual bagged noodles.

Material

  • Sapporo ichiban shio ramen / 1 bag
  • Additive and sugar-Free Rich Almond milk 125ml / 1 pack
  • Water (less than 2 cups) / 380cc
  • Shallot / 3cm
  • Spinach / one
  • Canned corn / 1 tablespoon
  • Egg yolk / one (object)

Recipe

1. Boil spinach and cut into 3 cm pieces.
2. Heat water in a pot and bring to a boil, then add noodles.
3. After 2 minutes, add almond milk and heat for 1 minute.
4. Turn off the heat, add the powdered soup and stir.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with chopped green onion, spinach, corn, egg yolk, and optional chopped sesame seeds.
