Almond Milk Mochi

A nostalgic snack made with plenty of almond milk.
This recipe is great for women who can consume vitamin B from soybean flour, vitamin E from almond milk, and minerals from brown sugar.

Can also be made with almond milk - with a hint of brown sugar.

  • Rich almond milk (made with roasted almonds) / 200g
  • Sugar beet / 20g
  • Potato starch / 30g
  • Soybean flour / 20g
  • Sugar beet / 10g
  • Brown sugar syrup / 10g

Recipe

1. Combine 10 g of soybean flour and beet sugar in a bat and spread out.
2. Put the almond milk, 20 g beet sugar, and potato starch in a saucepan and stir until the potato starch dissolves.
3. Pour the mixture over the heat and stir constantly with a spatula.
4. When the mixture is cooked through and sticky, flatten and cut into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle over 1.
5. Place on a serving dish and pour molasses over the top.
