AlmondMilk and Mangojelly
Milk jelly made with almondmilk and milk and this is a summer dessert with two layers of mango jelly and milk jelly made with almondmilk and milk.
It can be enjoyed all year round by changing the mango to other fruits to give it a seasonal feel.

【Almondmilk jelly】
- Rich Almond Milk (made with fresh almonds) / 150g
- Milk / 150g
- Granulated sugar / 25g
- Sheet gelatin / 5g
【Mango jelly】
- Mango puree / 80g
- Water / 40g
- Granulated sugar / 15g
- Sheet gelatin / 2% (of the total)
Recipe
Almondmilk jelly
1. Blanch the sheet gelatin in water. (outside of the quantity)
2. Put almondmilk, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and granulated sugar in a saucepan and heat to 80°C, stirring constantly.
3. Add the blanched sheet gelatin and stir to dissolve. Cool to 30°C, pour into a bowl, and refrigerate to harden.
Mango jelly
1. Soften the gelatin in water. (Not included in the quantity)
2. Put mango puree, water, and granulated sugar in a saucepan and heat to 80°C while stirring.
3. Add the blanched sheet gelatin and stir to dissolve. Cool to 30℃, pour over the milk jelly and refrigerate to harden.
