  • Bread in a rectangular shape / 100g
  • Water / 120ml
  • Rich Almond Milk fortigied with Fiber / 375ml
  • Lemon juice / 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic (Allium sativum) / 1.5 pieces
  • Salt / 2/3 teaspoon
  • Olive oil / 1 tablespoon

Recipe

1. Add water to the torn bread and blanch.
2. Coarsely chop garlic.
3. Put the blanched bread and garlic in a blender.
4. Blend with the blender.
5. Add the almond milk, lemon juice, and salt.
6. Stir until smooth.
7. Pour into a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil.
