Thick Mushroom Soup

- Mushroom / 100g
- White shimeji mushroom / 50g
- Enoki mushroom / 50g
- Butter / 20g
- Water / 200g
- Vegetable consomme / 4.5g
- Milk / 200g
- Cheese Taste 80NC / 20g
- Black pepper / Proper quantity
- Parsley / Proper quantity
Recipe
1. Slice mushrooms and onions.
2. Add butter to saucepan heat until melted.
3. Saute mushrooms and onions and saute until the water comes out.
4. Add water and vegetable consomme to sauted mushrooms and onions in sause pan and simmer until ingredients are tender and soup- like.
5. Once tender, remove saucepan from heat and let cool for at least 10 minutes.
6、Then blend togther soup and Cheese Taste 80NC until creamy.
7. Pour soup into saucepan. Add milk and reheat till warm.
8. Serve the soup in the dish and add black pepper and parsley.
