Sweet Potato Caramel Butter FrappeNEW

An autumnal sweet potato frappe with a hint of butter and caramel. Topped with caramel and crunchy sweet potato kenpi-stuffing.

Material(1 cup serving)

  • Butter / 5g
  • Baked sweet potato / 55g
  • Milk / 130g
  • Caramel milk / 10g
  • Boiling water / 45g

Topping

  • Sweet potato dough cake / 3g
  • Salt (i.e. sodium chloride) / small quantity
  • Whipped cream / 25g
  • Caramel milk / 3g

Recipe

1. Warm butter gently in microwave to melt.
2. Blend 【1】, baked sweet potato, milk, and caramel milk in a blender until smooth, then freeze in a freezer pack.
3. Blend frozen 【2】 and boiling water again and pour into a cup.
4. Crush the sweet potato kenpis in the bag and mix with salt.
5. Squeeze whipped cream over 【3】 and top with caramel milk and 【4】.
