Sweet and sour cream whipped with yogurt paste mixed with whipped cream is combined with seasonal fruits to make a refreshing parfait.

  • Fresh cream (35%) / 50g
  • yogurt paste / 12.5g
  • serial / 15g
  • Fruit of your choice (grapes, etc.) / 100g

Recipe

1. Add the yogurt paste to the whipped cream and whip.
2. Layer the yogurt whipped cream in a parfait glass, and top with colorful cereal and fruit.
