Vanilla yogurt ice cream (with violet rose)

Soft mix violet rose with yogurt paste and vanilla yogurt flavored ice cream.

Material(three (used in legal documents))

  • Soft mix violet rose / 90g
  • Hot water (60°C) / 220g
  • Yogurt paste / 45g
  • Orange peel / proper quantity

Recipe

1. dissolve Soft Mix Violet Rose in hot water.
2.Pasteurize at 75°C for 30 minutes.
3.Add yogurt paste.
4.Pour into an ice creamer.
5.Fill cups and top with orange peel.
