Example of Yogurt Paste Formulation

Material(5 pieces)

  • Danish pastry / five flat objects (e.g. tickets, pieces of cloth, etc.)

[Filling]

  • Pom Acid (Shoei Shokuhin Kogyo) / 100g

[Frosting]

  • Powdered sugar / 30g
  • Dehydrated egg white / 1g
  • Yogurt paste / 15g
  • Water / 3g

Recipe

1.Sprinkle the dough with diced pom-acid.
2.Roll out the dough, cut and place in cups.
3.Ferment the dough until it has doubled in size by 1.5 times.
4.Bake at 220℃ for 15 minutes, remove from heat and sprinkle with frosting.
Mix the ingredients for the frosting.
