- Matcha for dilution (unsweetened) / 350g
- Gelatine / 5g
Soft serve ice cream shake
- Soft Mix White Rose / 60g
- Hot water / 150ml
- Ice / 50g
Topping
- Whipped cream / 25g
- Caramel milk / 2g
Recipe
1. [Prepare matcha jelly] Mix matcha for dilution (unsweetened) with gelatin dissolved in lukewarm water, and refrigerate to harden.
2. [Prepare soft serve ice cream shake] Dissolve Soft Mix White Rose in hot water and chill in the refrigerator.
3.Put 60 g of the matcha jelly prepared in [1] and ice in a cup, and pour in the soft serve ice cream shake prepared in [2].
4.Top with whipped cream and caramelized milk.
