Chestnut ・Caramel Pound Cake

Pound cake for fall made with chestnuts and caramel milk.

Material(For 1 bottle)

  • wheat flour / 100g
  • baking powder / 5g
  • unsalted butter / 80g
  • granulated sugar / 70g
  • whole egg / 100g
  • caramel milk / 50g
  • Chestnut in syrup / 100g

Recipe

1.Bring butter and eggs to room temperature.
Sift together flour and baking powder. 2.
2. pomade the butter, add the granulated sugar and whip to combine.
3.Add beaten whole eggs in 3 batches, mixing well each time with a whipper.
4.Add the caramel milk and mix until combined.
5. add the sifted flour and mix without kneading until floury and glossy.
6. add the chestnut syrup and mix well.
Add the chestnuts in syrup and mix gently.
7.Pour the mixture into the molds and bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 40 minutes.
