A refreshingly tart pink glaze with yogurt paste and raspberry jam.
Use for your favorite doughnuts, etc.

- Powdered sugar / 100g
- Dehydrated egg white / 5g
- Yogurt paste / 30g
- Raspberry jam / 20g
- Water / 5g to 10g
Recipe
1. Mix together powdered sugar and dry egg whites.
2. Add yogurt paste and raspberry jam.
3. Add water, a little at a time, to the mixture, adjusting the consistency.
