  • Soft mix violet rose / 90g
  • Hot water (60°C) / 220g
  • Bitter caramel / 20g
  • Caramel Flavor (Ogawa D042649) / 1g

Recipe

1.Dissolve Soft Mix Violet Rose in hot water.
2.Stir in bitter caramel.
3.Pasteurize at 75°C for 15 minutes.
4.Add flavoring. .
5.Pour into an ice creamer.
6.Fill cups.
