Seasonal Fruit Sandwiches
This milk-rich cream is made by adding condensed milk powder to fresh cream. The rich milk cream enhances the sweetness and deliciousness of seasonal fruits. The addition of condensed milk powder also improves shape retention, making the fruit sandwiches less likely to fall apart.

- 10 slices of bread / six flat objects (e.g. tickets, pieces of cloth, pieces of cloth, etc.)
- Fresh cream 47 / 190g (1 pack)
- condensed milk powder / 10g
- granulated sugar / 15g
[Strawberry]
- Strawberry (small) / 5 grains
Kiwi & Banana
- Kiwi (small) / 1/2 piece (half lengthwise)
- Banana (small) / one (object)
[Grapes]
- 2 kinds of grapes (small grapes) / 5 each
Recipe
Beat the cream with the condensed milk powder and granulated sugar until the mixture is stiff peaks.
Cut an ear of bread, spread cream on one side, and place a piece of fruit in the center and in the space between the two.
Place strawberries in the center and 2 strawberries cut in half lengthwise on each side.
Kiwi & Banana: Place a kiwi cut in half lengthwise in the center, and a banana cut in half widthwise on the top and bottom.
Grapes: Place five grapes of different colors in the center, and five grapes cut in half lengthwise on each side.
Fill the space between the fruits with whipped cream, cover with a piece of bread with whipped cream on one side, and wrap tightly with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then cut while wiping off any cream that may stick to the bread knife.
