Pound cake (with butter powder)

- Wheat flour / 100g
- Butter powder (made from fermented butter) / 5g
- Baking powder / 4g
- Egg / two (objects)
- Cake margarine / 100g
- Sugar / 80g
- Milk / 1 tablespoon

Preparation
Bring cake margarine and eggs to room temperature.
Sift flour, baking powder, and butter powder in advance.
Preheat oven to 170℃.
Put cake margarine in a bowl and knead until creamy.
2) Add sugar to ① and mix well, then add beaten eggs several times, mixing well each time.
(3) Add the sifted flour, baking powder, and butter powder to (2) in three batches, mix well with a rubber spatula until a powdery consistency remains, then add the milk and mix well again.
(4) Transfer the dough to a cookie sheet-lined mold, level the surface, and bake in the preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. (Bake in a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes (cut a slit in the middle at the first 10 minutes of baking).
