Milk muffin
Masks egg and powder odor with milk aroma.

- Wheat flour / 100g
- Soft Mix Violet Rose / 10g
- Baking powder / 5g
- Caster sugar / 75g
- Whole egg / 80g
- Unsalted butter / 80g
- Milk / 40g
Recipe
1. Mix unsalted butter at room temperature with a whipper.
2.Add white sugar and whip to combine.
3.Add beaten whole eggs a little at a time and whip until incorporated.
4.Add the sifted flour, violet rose and baking powder.
5.Add the milk and mix until incorporated.
6.Let the dough rise in the refrigerator for one hour.
7.Fill the cups with the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 18 minutes.
