Pound cake made with soft mix violet rose

- Wheat flour / 100g
- Soft Mix Violet Rose / 10g
- Baking powder / 2g
- Confectionery margarine / 100g
- Caster sugar / 90g
- Table salt / 0.3g
- Whole egg / 100g
Recipe
1. Sift together flour, soft mix violet rose, and baking powder.
2. Mix confectioners' margarine at room temperature with a whipper until white.
3.Add the white sugar and salt.
4.Add the whole egg mixture at room temperature, a little at a time, to the mixture to prevent separation.
5. Add [1] and mix until smooth without kneading.
6.Pour the mixture into a pound cake mold and bake in a preheated oven at 170℃ for 60 minutes.
