Caramel Yokan

This is a very new style of dessert!
A traditional Japanese sweet combined with western style ingredients of Bitter Caramel.

  • Milk / 100g
  • Bitter caramel (24kg) / 40g
  • Agar powder / 1g

Recipe

1、Put milk and agar powder into a saucepan and heat while stirring continuously.
2、Add Bitter Caramel and mix it well until just before boiling.
3、Pour mixture into a cup.
4、Let cool to chill.
5、Serve dessert once chilled.
