- Pumpkin / 250g
- Onion / 80g
- Butter / 30g
- Water / 200g
- Vegetable consomme / 4.5g
- Milk / 200g
- Cheese Taste 80NS / 30g
- Parsley / Proper quantity
- Fresh cream / Proper quantity
Recipe
1. Soften the pumpkin in the microwave.
2. Put the sliced onion into the pot and saute in butter.
3. Put water, vegtable consomme and pumpkin and simmer 5 minutes.
4. Cool down for a while. Then put milk and cheese taste 80NS into the mixer. Mix it until smooth.
5. Put parsley and fresh cream for topping.
